Women are the majority. Literally. There are more of us on the planet. But somehow despite centuries of work, we don't yet have the influence we want, need, deserve and have earned.

The Arts and Entertainment industry is still largely controlled by men, so making our opinions and preferences known is crucial as we work to close that gap.

Supporting and promoting works created by female-identifying artists so they are seen by larger audiences and those of influence is more important now than ever. And it's my personal, passionate mission to bring women together to energize a vibrant community to make change happen.

There is impact when large groups mobilize around a focused mission. Change can and does occur. I believe that. We can influence. Women can do a better job impacting freedom of speech and what creative works are put out in the world. We can also do a better job of convening and celebrating together.
